Unlike general furnace inspectors, BSP inspectors are multiple hearth furnace experts. Our comprehensive inspections evaluate processing, the mechanical system, refractory, instrumentation, and controls. Also, we can identify any underlying operational or process conditions that may be reducing the life of your furnace.
Our inspection services include:
- External, pre-vacuuming safety assessment
- External inspection of shell and auxiliary equipment
- Internal inspection of castings and refractory
- List of action items identifying areas in need of immediate repair, replacement, and/or maintenance
- Detailed inspection report identifying items which require immediate attention as well as items which may be candidates for future repair or replacement
In addition to inspecting multiple hearth furnaces, BSP also inspects fluid beds and rotary kiln thermal systems.
